Delivery Policy

Options available are: in-store pick up, Royal Mail 1st class and Royal Mail 2nd class. 

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are delivered via Royal Mail. It is possible a signature will be required. Orders are generally available for pick up in store the same working day of payment being received. 

Shipping fees include handling and package fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is always taken to protect fragile objects. 

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
